This will turn all data usage warnings off. You may need to restart your Android to get the notification to disappear and the new setting to kick inħ. If instructions pop up on your Android, follow the prompts. To turn the warnings off, just tap the toggle and it will turn gray which shows that it is disabledĦ. If it is showing blue, that means it’s on. This is where the Set Data Warning toggle switch is located. Next, tap on the Mobile data usage tab to open your Androids’ Data Menu-you may see Billing Cycle insteadĥ. In this menu, tap on Data usage which should also be in the middleĤ. Now, scroll down until you can tap on Network & Internet in the middle of the Settings menuģ. Use two fingers and swipe from the top of your screen down and then tap the Settings icon that looks like a Gear in the top left corner of your screenĢ. First, you need to open your Androids’ Settings app. You can turn these warnings off if you have an Android phone or tablet that uses a SIM card to access a data network. It constantly shows up on your notifications until the data cycle for the month is over. The downside to these warnings is that when they show up for the month, they don’t go away. These warnings can save you from costing yourself extra money on your bill for the month. Data usage warnings are a nice thing to have if you are worried about running over on your monthly limit.
